Judging the Midland Border Terrier Club Championship Show, Sunday 1st Aug 2004.

I had a great day down at Asfordby in Leicestershire judging the MBTC Champ. Show. The atmosphere was great and I found some super dogs in the entry of 218. Bitch CC & BIS Ch Brumberhill Betwixt (left). Dog CC. Ch Gameway Kiwi JW. Best Puppy was Dandyhow Sea Vixen.

Blondie breaks a leg!

Blondie broke her leg on Wednesday 28th July trying to jump out of the kitchen window to greet a visitor. Fortunately her puppies were weaned as she had to spend the night at the Vets. Her leg has been pinned and already she is racing up and down stairs on three legs and recovering well in typical Border fashion.

1st in Post Graduate Bitch. Judge: Mr Colin Ward (Garw). Critique: Gillam's Orenberg Cherry Pecksniff, won class on soundness, excellent front, good topline & head, in fine fettle, excellent moving.

We were very pleased with this win as it is our first show this year and Sniffy's first outing since her puppies last November. Well done Sniffs.
